We were seated quickly. The food was really good. Our waiter was Shay and she was great. I definitely recommend this place. With two of us, we spent less than $25.00.

Food was great and service was perfect. My server Will was also the bartender and he took care of everything and never let my glass get empty. Will go there again. French pot roast was incredible

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Service was a little slow but due to the waitress being on the job only a month. For the first 45 minutes we were there, she was the only person waiting on the tables and the tables filled up quickly so she was running around doing her best under the circumstances. Will definently go back.

Had Thanksgiving dinner here. The food was Great! The staff is super friendly and personable. The waiter was always coming by to see if you needed anything. Highly recommend Mimi's!

Came out the other night and had an incredible experience. The food was amazing and we had the sweetest server! Kaitlin was on top of her game and got us everything we needed right away! Will definitely be returning soon!

Last time I was here it was not very good, however with the new staff I was amazed at the quality and the taste of the food. The friendliness and kindness also made a difference in my opinion today. I wrote a review in the past and they deleted it because they didn't want a bad review today they get 5 stars for Excellency in every part customer service food everything was just great.

Great place to celebrate!

A very quiet and comfortable atmosphere greats you when you walk in. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. Great food and many healthy choices are available throughout the menu. But, can be crazy busy for weekend breakfasts. Great place to eat for singles, couples and families of all ages. It really is a soothing place to dine in the evenings.

This is a very nice restaurant! The manager really cares and is ontop of everything here. Great job. Very pleasant environment here. Super fancy

I always make a point to stop at this restaurant when I'm in town. The food is amazing and the staff is always attentive and friendly. Shaun especially. Hes amazing behind the bar too!!

We went in for brunch and it was truly amazing. Our server Shaun was so attentive, he recommended the $5 mimosas they were huge and delicious. I had the hash Benedict which was also delicious. All around atmosphere was super chill and relaxed. We had a good time and will definitely be back soon.

It was a nice time. Good was good, service was good. We were given the option of breakfast or lunch, which was great!They were very friendly and it was a relaxing brunch.

The food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Our waitress did not come and check how our food was or ask if we needed anything at all. That was very disappointing. She was nice enough just not attentive at all. Also, out silverware and glasses were not very clean. We had to wipe off out silverware and I used a straw only and noticed a lipstick mark on my glass...that was not mine! That was it for that drink. And, I ordered the strawberry lemonade, which I gave had there before and love....and it usually has lots of pieces of strawberry in it....today, none.I will add that the food has always been very good. And this was the FIRST time we have not had a very attentive wait staff. Usually they go above and beyond. If you didn't get to try the Pumpkin Spice Muffins, when they come out again, don't miss them....they were soooo good I craved them for weeks!

Great breakfast! I had a basic egg, bacon, hash browns and sourdough toast. My fiancé had eggs Benedict. The staff was VERY nice and the manager even stopped by to see how we were doing!

No slow wait delivering our food. My french toast was warm with perfect berries atop. Thank you Shaun for your fast delivery and keeping our beverages topped off. :D

We stopped here looking for something not chain since we are from out of town. It was delicious! Highly recommend.

The food is good, and the place is pretty clean. Husband and I were particularly impressed with our server, Shaun. He listened to us, was friendly and accommodating, and was very fast with everything.

One of my stops during my road trip across the country. Stopped here for breakfast on New year's day. The quiche was amazing. Very popular place but the service was prompt. Really great food and our server was sweet and offered opinions on her favorite items.

We really enjoyed our breakfast when we ate at Mimi’s. Food was good, our coffee cups were kept full and our server (Shaun) was friendly and attentive. Will definitely eat there again next time I am in the area!

Just stopped by for a quick hot chocolate. Excellent! Tasted like fresh made whipping ream, with a hint of powdered sugar for sweetness.

Literally one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Amazing atmosphere and through the roof catering. My server (Shaun) was absolutely amazing. My drink was never empty and he was a great conversationalist. The food is fantastic and the service is what tops it all off. Absolutely love the place and will most definitely come back ANYTIME I come visit Colorado.
